We using IP3, which have the capability of doing stuff like that. No
income coming in yet ( it still free for our customers !!! ).

Subject: [WIRELESS-LAN] Charging for Wireless Access

Has anyone implemented a charge-back system for wired and/or wireless
connectivity akin to what

some airports/hotels do? At the University at Albany, we are
investigating what is involved, how credit card

information needs to be handled (PCI compliance), etc. As a side note,
we are using Cisco's WCS and

lightweight access points.

I'd appreciate any information you are willing to share.

Thanks.....
