We do/did just that.
Have to update the wireless policy for vista clients either on a Vista
machine or 2008 server.
We are 2008 now, but went the route you did with 2003 and the schema
extension about a year ago.

We're on a 2003 domain, and using WPA2 for security. But a 2003
doesn't directly support WPA2.

I have a question for anyone that is already doing something similar.
Do you have to use a Vista client to manage the new policies, or can
you use a 2003Server / XP client to edit the polices.
