We are moving away from our current guest wireless architecture. We are a
Cisco shop and plan to utilize the wireless controllers (WiSM) for guest
access. We plan to use the web-passthrough feature with a customized
agreement page. We have been testing on our current 4.2.130 version of code.
We have also upgraded a test environment to 6.0.182. The other engineers want
to move to the 6.x code, but I'm concerned.

Does anyone have any feedback on using the Cisco controllers as the portal for
wireless guest access? Which version? I know there are some caveats with
web-authentication in certain versions. I believe it had something to do with
number of connections. We hope to avoid that, using passthrough.

Also, in general, any thoughts on which code train to put our testing efforts
on? We only have a couple weeks to decide, so that we may have this deployed
by mid-August.

Thank you for your time and feedback.
