Allen, I believe that the username is passed to the controllers during dot1x (via radius) authentication, so you would need an SSID using this. Is your SSID using dot1x? We have an SSID doing just MAC auth that does not show usernames in the controllers, and we have an SSID doing WPA2 with dot1x and this one does show the usernames.
