We combine that .exe with our own scripts that the students download to configure both our NAC software on their machine and the SSIDs. The 1 step approach works really well. If it's Windows 7, it takes more work to get the .exe running than it does to do the three steps involved in setting up the SSID. For Mac, same thing.
