That would make me happy, too. What does not make me happy is having 
contributions of our experiences on this list result in vendors (with whom I do 
not currently do business) contact us to try and demo their solutions based on 
my list comments. This is what Phillippe is talking about with "unsolicited 
commercial communications".

If we complain on this list about technology and said technology manufacturer 
contacts us with solutions, that is a fantastic usage of the list. However, the 
above is not (in my opinion of course).
