Thank you Jeff for the information. Aruba TAC has indicated to me the issue appears only when 802.11k is turned on. When 802.11K is turned on it seems to affect Clients running iOS 4.2.X. We currently have 802.11k disabled until Aruba and Apple can work out the problem.

Disabling 802.11k on the Aruba seems to have solved the issue. Jeff >>> Edward Ip <[email protected]> 12/3/2010 7:20 AM >>> Hello, I was wondering if anyone is seeing any problems with iOS 4.2.1 installed on iPads/iTouch 3rd gen in their wireless environment. Our clients (students and staff) had connectivity issues with the Aruba wireless network while running iOS 4.2.1 on their iPads/iTouch 3rd gen and we had to disable 802.11k and 802.11h to get them back on.
