Hello, I have just being tasked with looking for a solution that involves RFID tags. Our college would like to start keeping track of mobile smart boards that are assigned to a room. We would like to attach a RFID to these individual smart board, and keep track of it. We would like to be alerted if the smart board is moved out a classroom or designated area.
Our currently wireless environment consists of 3 Aruba controllers (master-local configuration) and a management appliance (AirWave). I would like to know if anyone has a similar setup for tracking RFIDs. Active vs. passive RFIDs? I am open to any suggestions or recommendations.
