Hi, We have just been through the same pain. After re-reading the docco, I found that there are three important steps:
1. Define a new "Service Name" in ACS. It has to be called NCS and use protocol HTTP 2. Add the roles which are defined in the NCS to the custom attributes NCS HTTP in the group or user setup of ACS. 3. Set your virtual domain in the custom attributes. In our case everything is in the root domain as follows: virtual-domain0=ROOT-DOMAIN http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/ncs/1.1/configuration/guide/admin.html#wp1118673 Hopefully this will be of help. It appears that it may be an issue with "service = " setting in TAC Plus. With the WCS and TAC Plus configuration, service was set to "Wireless-WCS". Using both this and "Wireless-NCS", we can't seem to get it to work. The configuration includes the proper tasks for role0=Admin and checked all of the usual things like communications between the server running TAC Plus and the NCS appliance. Has anyone successfully configured TAC Plus with Cisco NCS? Any suggestions? Thanks, Ed -- Edward R.
