Thanks, fellows. The goal is something that can be neatly packaged for weather 
and put in a tent or a parking lot or whatever, mesh from nearby for local use 
like  handheld scanners, etc.  So compactness and such count.

On the UPS, your using AC outlet to injector, yes?
