I don't believe you can disable IPv6 in the newest version of OS X but if someone has a way please pass it along.

Tune the aggressiveness down of Client Load Balancing or disable it altogether The one thing that made the most difference was #1; disabling IPv6 on the end-user machines have cleared up almost every one of my complaints. I've played with options 2 and 3 pretty extensively, but I couldn't see any noticeable change for our end-users by adjusting them.
