At Weber State our in house developers wrote an application that records the location of hourly workers clocking in if they are doing so over wireless.
When development started there wasn't a single API call to get the current location based on IP address, but I believe such a function was added in the latest version. Feel free to ping me off list if you have more questions but keep in mind that I'm a wireless guy and not a developer so I'll have to play go-between. -Luke =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Luke Jenkins Network Engineer Weber State University On Nov 15, 2012, at 2:33 PM, Lee H Badman <[email protected]> wrote: > Just reading about the MSE (location engine) API, as part of a larger > discussion about campus mapping strategies.
