One last word on this survey, then I won't bother the lists again until the
results are shared.

Over 50 people replied already, so thanks. Given that a number of people
contacted me via email with comments, I did add a comments block at the end of
the survey to capture thoughts. If you'd like to add comments but have already
done the survey, feel free to run through it again. If you answer the same way,
you won't skew the percentages.

And as a reminder, this is hardly meant to be of scientific quality. At the
same time, the answers so far do show interesting ballpark measures of our
collective moods and status on a number of points.

Link to survey is below for those who haven't done it yet.

Apologies for the cross posting. I put together a brief and somewhat informal
survey at http://tolu.na/SeAnHp which I will leave open until Dec 31. I’m
hoping to capture at least some of the higher ed “satisfaction” mood on a
handful of wireless-specific topics (the kinds of things that managers,
planners, and engineers tend to care about).

Estimated time to complete is 3-5 minutes at worst, and this is purely
anonymous.

My goals are twofold-

· First and foremost, to validate/compare some of my own thoughts with
those of my peers across the Educause space, as 11ac draws closer and the WLAN
gets ever more important

· If there is anything remarkable worth sharing with the world at the
end, I’d likely eventually mention it in my NWC blog
http://www.networkcomputing.com/blogs/author/Lee-Badman-2 - but this is really
meant to be more of an informal exercise

The results will certainly be shared with both the Wireless and Net-Man groups,
and I thank you in advance for taking a few minutes to participate.

Regards-

Lee
