This sounds normal to us - we had a similar experience when we changed our certificate CAs as well. In fact, even though we've changed our actual RADIUS servers a few times as well, we've just kept moving the certificates/keys around to avoid this very issue. Renewing certificates doesn't seem to cause the same issue - it's only if you change CAs or generate completely new certs. -- Julian Y.
