We have started researching third-party device recovery vendors. We are looking for a subscription-based service that handles Windows, OSX, Android, and Apple iOS.
We are currently looking at FrontDoorSoftware,<http://www.frontdoorsoftware.com> but they do not currently support Android or iOS. What are other schools using? We are trying to get away from IT having to try & locate devices.
