Our semester is about to start next week. We have new Cisco WiSM2s and running 7.4.110. We ran into this bug today:
CSCub87374 Bug Details AP unable to join controller, WLC indicates max APs supported reached Symptom:APs may not be able to join controller when running 7.2/7.4 controller code and controller indicates the limit for maximum APs supported is reached. Conditions:Controller indicates limit for maximum APs supported is reached when it has not been reached as indicated in "show license capacity". Workaround:Reboot Controller or switch to evaluation license We noticed it today while trying to failover WAPs to our HA WiSM2s. Of course, the reboot fixed the problem, but that kind of defeats the purpose. Just wondering if anybody else has run into this bug already. If not, be aware.
