We are meeting with a VP of Engineering at Aruba this week - but likely won't
learn anything specific without a stack of NDA's taller than my 6 year old son.
On the Juniper side of the house - haven't heard much there either beyond the
press release.

On a personal note - I'm jazzed about this. I'm hoping it will lead to really
cool stuff. Juniper, as well as the other major vendors, have been really data
center and core router centric for far too long - they have let the edge
languish.

However, with Aruba finally blurring the line between edge and wireless -
perhaps we'll see some energy injected into new edge technologies.

But, it's only my $0.02 and a pipe dream :)

Subject: [WIRELESS-LAN] Juniper - Aruba partnership

I saw the announcement of the Juniper - Aruba wireless partnership; has any
other Juniper wireless shop heard anything more about what this really means
for us?
