Hello, I am currently running a demo of the Cloud Path Enrollment System and I have to say that I am amazed at the capabilities they have packed into this tool. I really like the workflow for onboarding almost anything/anyone, and I like the focus on moving to EAP-TLS which I think is inevitable if not urgent. The integration with my existing RADIUS, and Controller environment is also nice, However, I am concerned about their support which seems a bit under-trained, and less than responsive so far. (It could be that this is because I have not yet purchased the product ...so I am on the "get to later" list ...not sure).
Anyway, I am just wondering if there are any other ES customers out there willing to share their experience either on, or off-list. What are the strengths, what are the weaknesses in your mind? What problems have you solved, or encountered, and how has their support helped you through them?
