The university at Buffalo is also looking to do an RFP for a complete WLAN upgrade. We will also be including into the RFP the "RF Design", cabling and installation. A complete solution if you will. We will be happy to share or work together depending on timing. We are hoping to get our RFP out Very soon and I am working on creating it now.
