We here at UPenn are currently working on rolling our own EAP-TLS authentication system for RADIUS. I have a couple of workflows in my head we need to account for, but I'm curious if there were other universities running their own EAP-TLS system (i.e. not XpressConnect ES or ClearPass) and what they are using for cert generation/management, and device configuration.
