We have WISM2 deployments version 7.4.121.0. A few users has complained they cannot connect to 802.1X SSID, but can connect to the open SSID in some locations. Both SSIDs are served by the same APs so the signal strength should be the same. These users can connect to 802.1X SSIDs at other locations fine. These complains always come from the high density or poor coverage locations. The only reason I can think of is because 802.1X SSID connections require more transactions so these users may not be able to connect in busy or low signal locations but it is much easier to connect to the open SSID. Has anyone had this issue?
