Hi everyone,

I'm conducting research around the current state of WLANs in higher education
environments and developing a guide for organizations in this sector who are
looking to build or refresh their WLAN. I'd appreciate any contributions you
can provide.

Here are some main topics I'd love to hear about from you:

- What are your main challenges with your WLAN?

- What do you believe makes WLAN deployments in higher education
environments different than traditional office deployments?

- When do you anticipate to refresh your WLAN?

- What drives your WLAN requirements? Are you taking a "good-enough"
approach or does your organization strive to be a leader in providing high
performing and reliable Wi-Fi services?

- Do you have any successful or unsuccessful experiences deploying or
refreshing your WLAN?
Feel free to let me know if there are topics within the WLAN build/refresh area
that aren't listed above and interest you.

Both open messages and offline messages are welcome.

I am also conducting 15-30 minute phone discussion on this topic. This research
will be published for Info-Tech Research Group members
(www.infotech.com<http://www.infotech.com>) and I will be sending a
pre-publication version of this research to research contributors. You and your
organization will also be recognized as contributors to the research (at your
discretion). If you're interested in a phone discussion, please send me an
e-mail at [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> with three dates and
times you're available between Thursday, April 9th and Friday, April 17th.

Thank you,

Maggie
