From my personal experience in a lot of user sessions, I would say I am more likely to see an edge towards Aruba in higher education. I believe higher education is Aruba’s number one vertical, and they put tremendous resources into making things work for higher ed. In our experience with Cisco, unless you were a large financial shop or strategic customer, you just didn’t get the same amount of personal attention and effort. I realize, however, that vendor relationships are often enhanced by the sales rep/engineers that work your account, and that can vary wildly from customer to customer. I think we all have unique needs that are going to pull us from one vendor to another.
