All, Does anyone have any stories to share about supporting emerging interactive teaching technologies, such as Top Hat <https://tophat.com/> and iClicker <https://www1.iclicker.com/>? I’m interested in how you’ve both deployed your classroom or lecture theatres as well as how you been able to manage end-user/departmental/professor expectations.
My own personal bias is that bursty “vote now” wireless traffic in a large lecture theatre scenario in a BYOD environment - even with the slickest wireless deployment - will never achieve 100% success.
