I’d go with 8.2.121.0 – Been running it (via beta) for a long time and it’s been rock-solid. That said, if you have 2800/3800-series you may want to request the current engineering build which is 8.2.121.7. It has a couple of 2800/3800-specifc enhancements/fixes and a couple for the 1810/1830/1850.
As a side note, if you’re using Prime, you’ll to be at 3.1MR1 to support the XOR radios. On the XOR radio, and specifically if you are going to use FRA (Flexible Radio Assignment) make sure to read this fantastic white paper. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-3/b_RRM_White_Paper/b_RRM_White_Paper_chapter_01000.html Also, make sure for XOR/FRA your RRM RF grouping, group leader, is the same for both 2.4 and 5. Most people auto-elect the group leader and it’s not uncommon to have 2.4 and 5 be different. I’d recommend setting a static leader and assigning controllers appropriately. This is absolutely necessary should you be running mixed code versions across controllers. In the case of mixed code versions, the group leader for a controller with XOR WAPs must be one running 8.2MR2. Last but not least, the FRA interval must be equal to or greater than your DCA interval. I think they should be set the same since FRA needs the data from DCA to work its magic.
