The recurring service fee is $.10 per enrollment according to IPEDS with a minimum fee of $400 paid annually.
Agreements must be signed by 7/31/2017 in order to ensure no discontinuation of services. Unless I'm reading the communication incorrectly, that is the summary I concluded from it.
