Android phone when attempting to connect to wireless (S7 and S8 so far).  
"forgetting" the networks don't help either.

I don't see anything in the logs indicating a problem.

The only thing I do see is this

Radius Accounting Client [60:F1:89:A1:22:AD] on VNS [UC_Wireless] is 
deregistered with termination code: 4 [Idle Timeout]. 3


Other clients/computers are fine.


This is an Extreme Networks deployment on 3935i APs (AC wave 2).  Has anyone 
seen a similar issue?  During some testing, disabling band-steering seemed to 
help, but it's hit or miss.
