AOS 8 works for us. Its only on 6.4.  Version is 9 updated August 25.  Samsung 
support said it is a Google issue...

I'm not having any issues with my Galaxy S8 on our AOS 8 network, EAP-TLS and 
DHCP.  The S8 is running the latest Verizon update with Android Pie.  What the
