We have remote sites that don't have full, dedicated IT staff, so these are very useful for basic "it's up and running" and "these sites / services are reachable" verification.
The tests are flexible and the support team is very responsive. If you are running them... How useful are you finding them What are you testing? How flexible are their tests, I could test the availability of core teaching sites, but can I test our sites that require authentication? Im thinking particularly O365 services Any other opinions would be very useful if you have any Thanks Martin ********** Replies to EDUCAUSE Community Group emails are sent to the entire community list.
