We are beginning the journey to create object building assessment "score cards" to demonstrate and compare the state of our infrastructure to IT Leadership and beyond.
While we are able to use SNMP collected trending data to objectively compare the physical infrastructure and wired networking - I am drawing a blank on how to objectify the wireless network. Does anyone have experience in doing so that is willing to share? Books, whitepapers, analytics tools to recommend? I'd appreciate any hints on what worked ... and what didn't.
