Here is workaround securew2 provided until they get fixed The issue we noticed with iPad Pro devices detecting incorrect OS is because "Desktop View" is not supported in iPhone/iPad.
To disable desktop view, please navigate to Settings -> Safari -> Request Desktop Website -> "Disable" Cloud.securew2.com (OR) Edit -> Choose website -> Delete "Cloud.securew2.com" (which will remove our landing page from desktop mode).
