There is documentation for this at:

though it probably does not document all the steps (checking out the source
from git and the right branch). But there's also src distributed with the
release (but no errata and security updates).

Where it says "git checkout stable/13" you want "git checkout releng/14.3".
Alternatively, do you have any chance on your access point or router to switch
from TKIP to CCMP? TKIP has been deprecated for 13(?) years now and is a
security risk.
What's the vendor and model? Maybe we can help with that?
