$144 at www.dell.com. The lowest I ever seen was 2-days deal at Amazon.com: $135. Personally I like more d-link DI713P which has more powerfull configuration options. But d-link technical support is very bad and units often come broken. DI-713P you should get at dell.com for $115. Lowest I ever seen was $96 at Amazon.com.
