You trying to get the two units into bridging mode?

Intel 2011b (AKA Symbol) needs WLAP mode enabled firstly.  Do that under the administrator options.

Secondly, I 'think' they only bridge to matching units, specifically the 2011, 2011b plus possibly Symbol units.

Subject: connect SMC2655W w/ Intel 2011B

Hello!
I have a problem in trying to connect SMC 2655W(Linksys AP11) with Intel 2011B.The connection exists but traffic goes only oneway.
The Intel AP sees the other device only with radio  but not the ethernet port. I think the problem is in Intel because It is setted to work in AP mode and expects to see only mobile units or APs.And the MU is only adapter which takes the MAC address of ethernet adapter of PC on which it is connected.
I tried to set all modes of SMC bridge( LInksys) - bridge p2p,point to multipoint and AP  and APclient. All the same. Traffic goes only from SMC( WAP11) to Intel but not in other direction. Both devices have the MAC adresses of each other in MAC tables.
Please help me if you have any idea.
p.s firmware: Linksys 1.4i1
                    SMC 1.4h9
                    Intel 3.00-19
