I'm setting up a 802.11 wireless network in my neighborhood of 16 houses so
my neighbors can access my T1.

Right now I have a 15dBi gain omni attached to a linksys WAP11 on my house.
The linksys is in access point mode and I can access it almost everywhere in
the neighborhood.

How ever there is a dead area which is because of a hill. The house on the
hill is willing to "bridge" over so I can give people on the other side
access as well. What would be the best way to do this?

I was thinking of something like this but I'm not sure how well it would
work:

AP = Access Point More
AC = Client Mode
~ = CAT5 wire
-- = wireless

([T1][WAP11,AP])------([WAP11,AC]~~[WAP11,AP])------(4-5 houses
[WAP11,AC]~~[PC])

The problem I would see here is that all traffic of the 4 houses will be
forced through one WAP11. T1 is only 1.5mbit so is the 11mbits enough? Will
DHCP go all the way to the houses? I know that you can use more than one
comp when a linksys is in AC mode and your using a hub but I don't know if
that works if your using another WAP11 instead of a hub.

thanks
