Extended range inside and better signal strength. I use Linksys WPC11 (revison 1.0), which are pretty crappy in the first place, but replacing 6 of them isn't high on the option list. So to try and increase strength and range, I'd like to try a better antenna on the AP site. The WAP11 sits on a desk against the wall. In the room right next to it, where the only dividing structure is a partial wall (there isn't even a door to close), the signal strength is never above 65-70%. That's poor IMHO. It only gets higher if I move into the same room with the WAP11. I can't get any signal if I walk about 200ft down the hallway from the WAP11. -- general wireless list, a bawug thing <http://www.bawug.org/> [un]subscribe: http://lists.bawug.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless
