802.11a support isn't until August, according to cisco's announcement.
simultaneous 802.11b support is probably to run on separated channels,
for 'density' issues (more clients on one AP).
unknown if you can run the cisco as a bridge and AP with 2 x NICs.
I do, however, know of a couple products that will allow you to do
so. (agere, musenki).
