I'm assuming you mean AirSnort.  "Snort" is an intrusion detection
system and it runs in Unix environments and Windows. However, I'm not
aware of anyone who has built a utility such as AirSnort or WEP Crack
for Windows do to the nature of achieving RF monitor mode from the 
drivers.
  Anyone aware of Windows efforts along these lines?
