[BAWUG] Dlink DWL-120D w/Linksys WAP

anyone know of compatibilty or operability problems with D_link DWL120D USB WEP interface , XP OS and Linksys WAP?   I have s strong WEP connection, tcpip is bond to interface but can't make tcp/ip connection to WAP.
