I have struggled to get this particular combination to work, and perhaps there are
things in the router+ap (BEFSW11) that prevent it from being bridged to another ap.
Are you only trying to get wireless network printing to work? Instead of the WET11
Bridge (I'm tired of waiting for it), have you considered the Linksys Wireless Print
Server?
cheers, bc

Subject: [BAWUG] wap11 2.2 client mode
I am trying to connect in a wap11 2.2 in client mode to a BEFSW11s4.v2.
I am only hooking up a printer (using a crossover cable) to the wap11.
Has anyone got this to work? I am using the physical mac address of the
router in the congiguration. Is the ip address of the wap11 important?
I read in the archives that in the past that bridging and client mode would
only work with another wap11 is this still true?
This is a short term fix until linksys releases the wet11 ethernet bridge.
Thanks
John
