Maybe they don't push long lengths of cable very well.

Two lengths of Cat5, both 150 feet. Both made at the same time,
both have been working for at least eight months, one on a WAP11 v1.1
as AP, the other on an old Aironet BR-2000 bridge.

I tried swapping in a WAP11 (as bridge) on that Aironet's Cat5,
and 'ping' will only ping it from the other end with a single packet,
but not a second.

The cable still checks as good. I swapped WAP11, and sure enough,
it does the same thing, but both WAP11 seem fine on shorter cables.
I put the Aironet back on the cable and it's fine.

As I said, there's a third WAP11 on a similar length of cable
to the same roof area and it works just fine. (Hmm, I didn't
try swapping cables.)
