Hyperlink Technology does not like the WAP11.  When I 
mentioned I was using it, they tried to sell me a Cisco 
product.  I wound up getting an antenna and amp from 
them for the WAP11.

Six months later the amp died.  My representative, 
Jamie I think, tried to tell me he didn't understand how 
he could have sold me an amp and antenna for a WAP11 
since that isn't a tested and certified combination.

My reply was, "when I ordered it, it was a combination 
listed on your web page.  I told you what I planned on 
doing with it.  You sold it to me.  Now, support it."  
After several repititions, he did.

At this point, between their service attitude and prices, 
I'm taking my business elsewhere.
