To add on the WAP11's on each end would be needed if there are wireless
connections roaming at each individual location.  If a combination of
wired/wireless are needed then uplink a BEFW11S4 for the LAN at each side.

Two WET-11 will happily bridge to each other in ad hoc, there's 
no need to spend extra to get a WAP-11 to be an AP.
