Duhh, I will rephrase the question.

What I am seeking is someone to help me tith the
process of networking two Win 2000 boxes in a P2P
network. Setting the IP stack, how to set shares and
permissions and maintain the NW if it were to be
increased to maybe ten more computers.

One computer will be able to access the Internet DSL
line, the other will not.

Initially, one of the two Win 2000 machines will be
WiFi and one CAT5 using a Seimens AP/DSL
Router/Firewall.

Eventually another Win 2000 box will be added as a web
server and available hrough the AP.

But to start, just get two machines networked.

Prefer an individual rather than commercial enterprise
that I probably can't afford.

Clear as mud?
