The http://www.telecomsportal.com/links_regs.html keeps their list up to
date; for information across countries; ITU-R, www.itu.int/itu-ir/
propably has what you need. The global list is sometimes referred to as
'RR'. Also note that any of the treaties referenced there goes through
several steps; signature by a country;  ratification before entering into
force.

And these occasionally may not exactly match the implementation of an
actual instrument in the signatory country. So it takes a bit of detective
work (and generally hunting down the article in the local state
publication) to really get the right answer on a per country basis. And
for most countries, say NL :-), some conflicts may remain.

Now if only someone could point me to something like wwww.ecolex.org for
ITU, CEPT and ERO like info. (See
http://www.ecolex.org/TR/TR/comply/state/EN/001832.htm for what one would
really want :-).
