Can BAWUG makes "a day's transmission" more friendlier & more manageable for subscribers by consolidating a days outbound messages into one transmission or split that to no more than 2 messages of equal KBs of mail??
It was all 'Too Frequent' for recipient like me to get more than two mails for a day's total of BAWUG message postings that easily 'FILLED UP' a recipient's inbox & use up its allocated capacity! I had been away from my PC for a 3days of fieldwork & betchamygollyWOE.....my inbox was full to the brim & incoming mails can't get thru!!! :-( Will it help if posters' message/s be sent out with only a short summarize titles with a 'link' & downloadable by recipients themselve from Bawug's website if they need a particular message of their interest? As for a fast growing database with such tremendous response from readers, make the databse auto-delete message that's 7-days old. Impose an annual contributory fee of USD1~3/year for the maintenance of such a database & the needed bandwidth! And I for one would be glad to contribute that! Feasible, Mr. Peterson? :-o Frm: D.
