yes.  PC3 can see can see pc1,  in fact pc1 could be a proxy server and get
pc3 to the web if you wanted.
only thing you might have trouble with is if pc1 has roamed over to the
other side of the bridge (or another pc has used the nic that's in pc1 to
get on the network over there) or if pc3 spends time on both sides of the
bridge (or just pc3's nic) you may have issues.  not sure how mobile this
network you describe is but sofar that's where I've seen most of my
troubles.
interestingly enough if you are talking about the wap11 ver 2.5, they seem
to be much more immune to this sort of roaming trouble.
