Are you referring to the new 12.01 firmware that cisco has released or is there a 1200 specific IOS implementation? If you're just talking about the 12.01 firmware the upgrade (At least on the 340/350's) is the same as older versions of the firmware. I'm probably going to be doing a really short talk about the new 12.01 firmware and all it's cool features at the next meeting if anyone is interested.
