Alvarion (who literally wrote the FHSS spec of 802.11 back in their BreezeCOM days) still sells a 3mbps card, station adapters and AP that will talk to that Symbol card or AP. It steps down to 2mbps.
The card is called an SA-PCR, there is a station adapter (no drivers needed) that is called a SA-10, and there is still a SA-40 with 4 ports on the adapter (good for school trailers and kiosks), and the AP is called an AP-10. Each is available with dual (antenna diversity) integrated 2dBi antenna or enable external antennas.
