Well, they could still pull your certified link, cuz your certified link could be 
interfering with something else and even if its not intentional, its still 
interference and the FCC pretty much can do whatever they want.  If you are a pain in 
their ass, they will be a pain in yours.  If you play nice, they will very likely play 
nice as
well.

We don't need to fear the FCC, they are on our side.  They have made spectrum 
available for our use, and we are using it in such a way that they are even impressed 
with how fast things are growing and they are considering opening up much much more 
spectrum to fulfill the market demand.  It won't be long before those market demands 
turn to
needs and requirements for the industry to not only survive but to continue to grow 
and expand.
